摘要
考虑挥发性油井生产过程中流体相态和组分变化,利用Wellflo软件中的组分模块计算挥发油井的流入动态曲线,以井口油嘴为节点计算了不同油嘴尺寸下的流出动态曲线,计算了井筒中的温度和压力分布,确定了井筒中形成水合物的生成条件,确定了挥发油井生产的合理流压和油嘴尺寸,其结果可指导挥发性油井高效生产。
Considering fluid phase behavior and composition change of volatile oil well production process, component model of Wellflo software was used to calculate the volatile oil inflow performance curve, wellhead choke outflow dynamic curve under different choke sizes was computed, the wellbore temperature and pressure distributions were calculated, hydrate formation conditions in the wellbore were determined as well as reasonable flow pressure of the volatile oil well and size of the choke.
