摘要
从释放源分级到爆炸危险区域划分概念分析,通过采取安装精密的易燃易爆气体检测仪表与连锁启动风机、关断易燃易爆气体管道阀门等措施将催化剂厂房降为非防爆区域,通过方案对比提出催化剂生产厂房不执行《石油化工企业设计防火规范》,从而达到即安全又节省工程费用的目的。
The concepts of release source classification and explosion hazard area were analyzed. By installing instruments for flammable and explosive gas detection, interlocking fan and shut-off valves, the catalyst plant can be reduced to non-explosion proof area. Through comparing schemes, it's proposed that catalyst production plant need not perform Fire Prevention Code of Petro-Chemical Enterprise Design, so as to achieve the purpose of safety and engineering cost-saving.
