脑血流速度异常增快的可逆性脑血管收缩综合征1例报告并文献分析
摘要
1临床资料患者,女,26岁。主因＂发作性头痛16 d,突发左肢无力5 d,右肢无力2 d＂于2014年4月30日收住首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科。患者于16 d前（2014年4月14日）妊娠晚期睡梦中突发剧烈头痛,为头顶部、双颞部搏动性疼痛,难以忍受,无法再次入睡,随后下床活动,约0.5 h完全缓解。
