摘要
首秦1号高炉自2015年9月4日检修后送风以来,结合检修前后送风系统及操作炉型变化,在强化原燃料管理、出铁管理的基础上,通过上下部调剂的合理匹配,实现了大渣比下重负荷冶炼。2015年12月份为限制产量,风口面积缩小11.38%,通过合理选择送风参数,保持了煤气分布的稳定,同时进一步加重焦炭负荷至6.01,在平均渣比433.30kg/t的条件下,燃料比平均499.17kg/t。
After medium maintenance of on September 4, 2015, Shouqin Metal's No. 1 BF realizes heavy load smelting operation under high slag ratio thanks to a series of measures taken, such as strengthening raw material management and tapping management, and coordinating tuyere blasting kinetic energy with selection of burden lot and size, level of stoekline and working system of the distributor, etc. according to different conditions of blasting system and furnace operation profile before and after the maintenance. In December 2015, the tuyere area was reduced by 11.38% for the reason of production limit as required, but the gas distribution still kept stable thanks to proper selection of blasting parameter. Meanwhile, the fuel ratio reached 499.17 kg/t averagely on the condition of increasing the coke load up to 6.01 with slag ratio was of 433.30kg/t.
