大数据时代个人隐私内容及其保护研究——基于调查数据的分析

隐私是制约大数据发展的关键因素之一。为了深入了解国人关注的隐私内容,通过访谈和问卷分析发现,国人对于公共场所视频音频资料、社交网站资料、遵纪守法情况的隐私认识尚不够;未成年人、老年人的隐私意识不够;未成年人、女性、老年人的隐私保护技能欠缺。建议完善相关法律法规,将核心敏感数据纳入法律保护,制定行业数据收集负面清单和特殊人群数据使用的负面清单,规范新型敏感数据的使用。

Privacy is one of the key factors restricting the development of big data. In order to deeply understand the privacycontent that compatriots pay attention to, this paper adopts interview and questionnaire analysis to find that the privacy awareness ofcompatriots for video audio data, social networks and law-abiding situation is not enough. The privacy awareness of minors and theelderly is not enough; and minors, women and the elderly are short of privacy protection skills. The paper suggests that to improverelevant laws and regulations, incorporate core sensitive data into legal protection, formulate industry data collection negative listand negative list of data used for special population, and regulate the use of new sensitive data.
