摘要
[目的/意义]文章综合探讨了组织内和组织间知识转移过程及关键影响因素,整合不同层次知识转移研究,并基于能力视角建立多层次知识转移模型。[方法/过程]界定了知识内涵,阐述了知识分类及知识转移一般过程;在此基础上,关注不同层次上的知识转移过程,提出多层次知识转移模型,并从能力视角出发,依据能力对知识转移各过程的影响,构建基于能力视角的多层次知识转移模型。[结果/结论]通过研究,对知识转移基本模型进行全面拓展,基于能力视角的多层次知识转移模型表明组织需要在知识转移不同过程中重视相关能力的构建与提升,通过协调能力与不同层次上知识转移过程,提升知识转移效果。
[ Purpose/significance] This paper comprehensively discusses intra-organization and inter-organization knowledgetransfer process and its key influencing factors, integrates knowledge transfer studies in different levels and builds a multi-levelknowledge transfer model based on strengths perspective. [ Method/process ] The paper defines knowledge connotation, and ex-pounds knowledge classification as well as general knowledge transfer process. On the basis of this, the paper focuses on the knowl-edge transfer process in different levels and proposes muhi-level knowledge transfer model. Then, from the strengths perspective,the paper builds a multi-level knowledge transfer model according to the influence of strengths to different knowledge transfer stages.[Result/conclusion] Based on the research, the paper expands the knowledge transfer model, and the multi-level knowledgetransfer model based on strengths perspective indicates that organizations need to focus on relevant strengths construction and im-provement in the different process of knowledge transfer. Meanwhile, by coordinating strengths and knowledge transfer process indifferent level, the paper promotes the effect of knowledge transfer.
