摘要 总结用户计量需求、计量评价方法和信息传播模式的变化过程,结合案例说明科技评价发展的新机遇,重点阐释了补充计量学在当前网络环境下的优势。提出基于补充计量的热点预测新思路,并给出集评价分析、热点预测、推送服务于一体的平台设计模型,为科技评价的发展以及补充计量学的应用提供参考。 This paper summarizes the changing process of the user' s measurement requirement, measurement evaluationmethods and the mode of information communication. The paper illustrates the new opportunities for the development of scientific e-valuation based on the case study, and interprets the advantages of altmetrics under the network environment. The paper proposesnew ideas for hotspots prediction based on altmetrics, and puts forward the platform design model with the evaluation analysis,hotspot prediction and push service, which provide reference for the development of scientific evaluation and the application of alt-metrics.
