摘要 枕颈不稳通常由外伤、先天畸形、肿瘤、炎症等因素引起,一般需行枕颈融合术。目前临床常用的手术固定方式为枕骨螺钉固定技术,该固定融合系统要求患者枕骨完整且无解剖变异,保证有足够面积和厚度供枕骨钢板固定,术中不可避免剥离大量软组织以暴露钢板螺钉附着处,且存在软组织损伤、硬膜外血肿、神经系统受损等严重并发症。随着固定技术和三维影像技术的发展,
