3000例成人健康体检者体重指数与血脂等生化指标相关性分析

Correlation analysis on body mass index and blood lipid and other biochemical indicators in 3000 cases of adult health examination

目的探讨不同体重指数、年龄、性别与血压、血脂、血糖之间的关系。方法收集我院2014年3000例成人健康体检者的资料，分别以性别分为2组、不同年龄分为4组（〈30岁、30岁-、40岁-、50岁以上）、BMI不同分为4组（BMI〈18．5、18．5—24、24—28、28以上）进行统计分析。结果所选3000例成人体检人群中，不同性别的血压、血脂、血糖指标有差异，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；不同年龄分组中血压、CHOL、空腹血糖检测结果随着年龄的增加而增加，而TG的检测结果在50岁以上的年龄组并未随年龄增加；在以BMI分组中血压、CHOL、空腹血糖检测结果均是随着BMI指数的增加而增加。结论成人血压、血脂、血糖与性别、年龄、BMI值关系密切，定期体检对于预防疾病的发生十分必要。

Objective To investigate the relationship between different body mass index, age, sex and blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose. Methods The data of 3 000 adult health examination in our hospital in 2014 were collected and divided into 4 groups and BMI were divided into 4 groups （BMI〈18.5,18.5-24,24-28,28） for statistical analysis. Results Blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose of different gender differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01） ; Blood pressure, CHOL, fasting blood glucose in different age groups increased with age, and the detection results of BMI did not increase with age 50 years of age, blood pressure, CHOL, fasting blood glucose test results were increased with the increase of BMI index. Conclusions In adult blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose and sex, age, BMI values are closely related, regular physical examination is necessary to prevent the occurrence of the disease.
