基层基本公共卫生服务及人才队伍建设问题的思考

本文从实施基本公共卫生服务项目以来,针对基层专业机构、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室公共卫生工作面临的人才匮乏、编制不足、保障不到位、服务能力急需提升等诸多问题,建议相关政府部门及职业院校采取积极应对措施,在编制、经费等政策保障上预以倾斜,实现人才队伍建设的稳定,确保基本公共卫生服务项目得到更好的落实,实现公共卫生服务与社会经济同步发展。

This paper since the implementation of the basic public health service project, aiming at the problems of basic professional institutions, township hospitals, village health room, public health work facing the lack of personnel, lack of preparation, security is not in place, service capacity needs to be improved, such as, it is recommended related government departments and professional colleges and universities to take active measures to cope with. In the establishment, funding and policy support to tilt, stabilize talent team construction, to ensure implementation of basic public health service project to be better, to realize the synchronization of the rapid development of public health services and economic and social.
