摘要
为了解我国公共图书馆残障服务工作现状及实际服务效果,以安徽省图书馆残障服务为例,从服务设施、服务内容、服务特征等方面调研该馆的残障服务状况,通过残障用户服务实效访谈对其残障服务实践工作进行评价,发现其存在服务对象界限模糊、无障碍设施有待提高、数字残障服务不足、残障阅览管理缺乏专业人员等问题,并提出拓展残障服务对象、精细残障服务内容、规范无障碍阅读环境与服务设施、推进线上残障服务、设置专门的图书馆残障服务部门和服务人员、加强残障服务宣传等建议。
To understand the present situation of services for the disabled and the service effect in public libraries in China, taking the services for the disabled in Anhui Provincial Library as an example, the paper investigates the service status for the disabled from the facilities, contents and features of services, and evaluates the practical services for the disabled by interviewing on service effect from disabled users. Such problems have been raised as blurred lines of service objects, more room for improving barrier-free facilities, insufficient digital services for the disabled, and lack of professional personnel in reading management for the disabled. Therefore, some suggestions have also been raised: expanding objects and elaborating contents of services for the disabled, regulating barrier-free environment and service facilities, promoting on-line services for the disa- bled, setting specialized organs and personnel for services for the disabled, and enhancing promotion of services for the disabled. 17 refs.
