跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(TPP)对著作权做出了具体而详细的规定,以IFLA为首的国际图书馆界通过发表声明、召开研讨会、公开相关资料等活动表达如下意见:反对延长保护期限,明确规定合理使用的相关内容,反对不透明的谈判进程等。图书馆界表达意见,要求参与谈判,是维护知识和信息自由的举动。
Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement （TPP） made specific and detailed provisions to copyright. In- ternational library community headed by IFLA expresses concerns about TPP by making statements, holding workshops and making relevant materials public. The concerns include： opposing extending protection period, specifying relevant content of reasonable use, against the opaque negotiation process. It is an act of safeguarding freedom of knowledge and information for the library circle to express opinions and request participation in negotiation. 2 tabs. 32 refs.
