摘要
本文以甲壳素为原料,采用硫酸水解工艺制备N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖,研究硫酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度、硫酸加入量等影响因素对N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖产率的影响,确认硫酸浓度70%、反应温度50℃、反应时间7h、硫酸加入体积为甲壳素质量2倍的条件为比较适宜的反应条件,为本工艺产业化提供可靠的参考数据。
Using sulfuric acid to degrade chitin to prepare N-acetyl-D-(+)-glucosamine ( NAG) ,researching the factors affect the yield of NAG ,including the concentration of sulfuric acid ,reaction temperature ,and the mass ratio of chitin with sulfuric acid.The better preparation conditions were as follows:the concentration of sulfuric acid was 70%,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the reaction time was 7 hours,the mass ratio of chitin with sulfuric acid ( w/v) was 1∶2.This research will give reliable data to the industrialization of NAG .
