摘要
目的通过改变溶剂来改进乳膏基质的分散和溶解,以改进磺胺嘧啶银乳膏的检测方法。方法改变溶剂使得磺胺嘧啶银溶解更加迅速并且更加彻底。结果改进后的供试品溶液,溶解性好,回收率高,测定结果更为可靠。结论改进方法操作简单,测定结果准确可靠。
ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE By changing the solvent to improve the dispersion and dissolution of the cream matrix in order to improve the detecting method of Silver Sulfadiazine cream .METHODS Changing the solvent to dissalve it more rapidly and thoroughly .RESULTS The solubility of the testing solution was improved and had higher recov-ery rate,the result was more reliable.CONCLUSION The improved method is simple ,accurate and reliable.
