摘要
综述了国内补肾壮阳类保健品中非法添加物的检测方法,包括化学反应法、胶体金法、TLC、NIR、HPLC、DCBI-MS、HPLC-MS/MS、HPLCTOF/MS、UPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS/MS等方法。以此为相关药品监督管理部门及时发现此类非法添加行为提供技术支持,以切实保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全,促进保健食品行业健康发展。
The paper comprehensively reviews the domestic testing methods of illegal additives regarding dietary supplement of aphrodisiacs ,which includes chemical reaction method ,colloidal gold method ,TLC,NIR,HPLC,DCBI-MS,HPLC-MS/MS, HPLC-TOF/MS, UPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS/MS, and so on.Relevant drug authority inspects phe-nomenon of illegal additives ,and timely provides technical support so that the health and safety of people is protected and the healthy development of dietary supplement is guaranteed .
