创建“两个一流”形势下地方高校图书馆建设的思考

Discuss on the Construction of Local University Library under the Background of "Two First-class" Construction

统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设已经提升到国家发展战略的高度。高等学校图书馆作为学校教学、科研和校园文化建设的重要保障和服务机构,如何适应这一形势,值得探讨。笔者结合高等教育发展的形势要求和地方高校及图书馆的特点,从资源、空间、技术、人员、服务等方面对图书馆建设发展进行了讨论,并就如何对图书馆资源进行绩效考核提出了初步设想。

The construction of first-class university and first-class discipline has been raised on national development strategy.As an important safeguard and service organization of teaching and scientific research as well as campus culture construction,it is worth discussing how university library to adapt to the new situation.This paper discussed the development of library construction in the aspects of resource,space,technology,personnel,service based on the situation need of higher education development and the characteristics of local university,and put forward the preliminary idea on how to make the performance evaluation of the library resource.
