随着市场经济和信息化时代的到来,图书馆的发展受到巨大冲击和挑战,图书馆学毕业生就业竞争力不足,去图书馆化严重。文章首选阐述影响图书馆学本科毕业生就业竞争力的关键因素,调研分析图书馆学本科毕业生就业竞争力不足原因,最后由针对性地提出解决对策,希望为中国图书馆学教育提供一些参考。

The arrival of the era of market economy and information has brought huge impact and challenge for the development of library.Library science undergraduates lacked of employment competitiveness,and the phenomenon of de-library became more and more serious.This paper first expounded the key factors influencing the employment competitiveness of library science undergraduates,and then analyzed the reasons of low employment competitiveness,and finally put forward the specific countermeasures to provide some references for library science education in China.
