江西省新干县2012～2014年淋病病例流行病学分析报告

The Epidemic Analysis of Gonorrhea in Xingan County of Jiangxi Province from Year 2012 to 2014

目的:分析全县近3年来的淋病疫情,探讨淋病疾病防制措施。方法:按《性病防治管理办法》和《全国性病疫情监测工作要求》,对淋病病例进行流行病学分析。结果:在全县3年来共发现报告的158例性病疫情中,淋病29例,年平均发病率为3.02/10万。其中男24例,年平均发病率为2.5/10万,占82.8%;女5例,年平均发病率为0.52/10万,占17.2%。结论:通过对淋病病例进行流行病学分析和防治知识健康教育宣传等处置,不仅增强群众的防病意识,而且能够有效地控制淋病疾病的再发生及传播。

Objective： To analyze epidemics of gonorrhea in Xingan county of Jiangxi province in the last three years and to propose disease prevention and control measures. Methods： According to the ＂ Guideline to Prevent and Treat Sexually Transmitted Diseases（ STD） ＂ and the ＂ The monitoring Guideline for National STD Prevention and Control＂,we analyzed the epidemiology of gonorrhea cases. Results： In the last 3 years,158 cases of STD were identified in this county.They included 29 gonorrhea cases,with the average annual incidence rate as 3. 02/100 000. Among them,there were 24 male cases,with the average annual incidence rate as 2. 5/100 000,accounting for 82. 8% of the total cases. There were5 female cases,with average annual incidence rate as 0. 52/100 000,accounting for 17. 2% of the total cases. Conclusion： The epidemiological analysis and prevention education on the treatment of gonorrhea cases will not only enhance the people＇s awareness of disease,but also will effectively control the occurrence and spread of gonorrhea.
