摘要
学生发展核心素养将成为未来几年我国教育尤其是基础教育改革的关键。在考试和评价项目中实现对学生发展核心素养的考查是其能否落地的关键环节。PISA2015"协作问题解决"展示了对学生发展核心素养概念的考查。对学生发展核心素养的考试和评价需要有操作性的定义、来源于真实生活的题目背景、符合教育测量要求的考查模型、最先进的信息技术、标准参照的结果报告。
Key competenees for student development are crucial to the Chinese education reform especially in the field of basic education. To effectively assess and evaluate the construct is a critical step toward promoting the pedagogy for key competenees. Collaborative Problem Solving of PISA 2015 is utilized as an example to illustrate the assessment and evaluation of an innovative domain. Certain necessary features are proposed including operational definition, real life context stimuli, educational measurement model, state of the art information technology, and criterion referenced result report.
