摘要 针对止动架重量过大及焊接、维修工艺性差等问题,提出将拓扑优化方法应用到止动架轻量化设计中。首先,进行三角板模型的静应力有限元计算,并对三角板模型进行拓扑优化,通过对比三角板模型优化前后的计算结果,验证了拓扑优化方法的可行性。然后将拓扑优化方法应用到止动架结构优化设计中,达到了轻量化设计的目的。该方法可应用于同类大型焊接结构件的轻量化设计,具有一定的工程应用价值。 In order to reduce the weight and improve the welding and maintaining performance, the lightweight design of the stop frame based on topological optimization is studied here. First, the static stress of the triangle board is calculated by FEM and the topological optimization is applied on it. By comparing the optimization result with the original result, the availability of topological optimization is proved. Then the lightweight design of the stop frame is completed by topological optimization. This method can be applied on the lightweight design of the" similar welding frames in the actual engineering.
