硅包覆量对硅铝二元包覆钛白粉性能的影响

摘要 研究了固定氧化铝包覆量为3wt%,氧化硅包覆量从1wt%增加到6wt%时对钛白粉分散性能、耐光性、白度、明度以及吸油量的影响。通过FT-IR、TEM、纳米粒度Zeta电位仪、全自动色差计等对硅铝二元包覆后的TiO_2样品进行了表征和分析,并通过罗丹明B(Rh B)溶液的光催化降解反应考察了钛白粉的耐光性。结果显示,硅铝二元包覆钛白粉随着硅包覆量的增加,等电位点降低,耐候性能提高。钛白粉的白度和明度在硅包覆量为4wt%左右时最佳。 In a Al2O3/SiO2 binary coating system, the effect of SiO2 content ( 1wt% - 6wt% ) on TiO2 pigment's dispersibility, weather resistance ability, whiteness, brightness and oil absorption was systematically studied when A1203 content fixed at 3wt%. The samples were characterized by FI-IR, TEM, nano particle Zeta potentiometer and automatic color-difference meter. The photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) solution was employed to characterize the weather resistance ability. The results showed that with the increment of SiO2 content coated, the isoelectric point of the binary coated TiO2 decreased and the weather resistance ability improved. The whiteness and brightness of TiO2 pigment, the optimum value of SiO2 content was about 4wt%.
