摘要
建立了碰撞/反应池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对地方性特产葛根茶中元素种类和元素含量研究的方法。样品经微波消解后,直接用ICP-MS同时测定了钠Na、镁Mg、钾K、钙Ca、铬Cr、铁Fe、铜Cu、锌Zn、砷As、镉Cd、铅Pb等11种元素,检出限在0.004-0.496μg/L之间;线性良好,相关系数在0.9991-0.9999之间;加标回收率在84.0%-100.0%之间;使用标准物质GBW10052绿茶进行质量控制达到了令人满意的结果。该方法操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高,有效的对葛根茶中的元素种类进行了分析,对钠Na、镁Mg、钾K、钙Ca、铬Cr、铁Fe、铜Cu、锌Zn、砷As、镉Cd、铅Pb等11种元素含量分析达到了质量控制的要求。
A method for determination of elements (Na, Mg, K, Ca, Cr, Fe, Cu, Zn, As, Cd and Pb) in pueraria lobata root tea by ICP-MS was established. These elements were detected simultaneously after the samples digested by microwave digestion. The detection limits of these elements range were from 0. 004 μg/L to 0. 496 μg/L, linear correlation r2 were between 0. 9991 and 0. 9999, and recoveries of samples were from 84.0% to 100. 0%. The results showed close agreement with the tea standard material of GBW10052, and the results was fine. This method is simple, fast, high sensitivity, which can match the requirement of the laboratory.
