钻井泥浆中油含量测定方法优化研究

摘要 通过实验分别用紫外分光光度法和红外分光光度法测定实际样品钻井泥浆中的油含量,并从准确度、线性范围和检测限等方面进行系统分析评价。结果表明,红外法和紫外法灵敏度都很高,适合于微量甚至痕量油含量的测定,但红外法准确度较高。从操作方面来看,虽然红外法较紫外的仪器设备及操作条件复杂,但红外法不受油品成分的限制,而紫外法的标准油样不易制备且要求透光率较高。综合分析,对于钻井泥浆中油含量的测定,红外法更准确、可靠。 By the experiments, the oil content of actual sample drilling mud was determined in UV spectrophotometry and infrared spectrophotometry, and the systematic analysis and evaluation from the accuracy, precision, linear range and detection limit, and so on, were carried out. The results showed that the sensitivity of the infrared and ultraviolet method were high, suitable for the determination of trace concentrations of oil content of trace even, but the accuracy of infrared spectrophotometry was much higher. From the operating point of view, although the instrument, equipment and operating conditions of infrared were complicated compared with ultravioletare comple, the infrared method was not limited by the oil component. The standard oil sample of ultraviolet method was not easy to prepare and it required a higher transmittance. So comprehensive analysis can be obtained, for drilling mud medium oil content measurement, infrared method is the most accurate and reliable method.
