某新建冷轧项目废水处理工程实践

摘要 冷轧废水具有成分复杂,污染物种类较多等特点,该新建冷轧项目的废水处理系统以先进工艺为依托,采取分质处理的方法,建有5条处理工艺,其工艺以CAF涡凹气浮、超滤、序进气浮、厌氧池、MBR、A/O生化为核心处理单元,经调试合格后正常投产,其运行效果稳定,监测结果 pH 8.02-8.05、CODCr56-59 mg/L、氨氮0.853-0.871 mg/L,水质满足《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13456-2012)表2间接排放标准限值要求。 Cold rolling wastewater has the characteristic of complicated composition and multiple pollutants sorts. The new cold roiling project of wastewater treatment system was based on advanced technology, adopted high quality processing method, had five processing craft, the treatment process used CAF, uhrafiltration, progressive flotation, anaerobic tank, MBR and A/O biochemistry as the core, after qualification adjustment of the normal production, the running effect was stable. Monitoring results showed that pH was 8.02 - 8.05, CODcr was 56 - 59 mg/L, NH3 -N was 0. 853 - 0. 871 mg/L. Water quality satisfied the standard of Iron and Steel Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge (GB13456-2012) table 2 indirect emissions standard limit.
