摘要
介绍了铜陵市某钢铁公司将原有78 m^2和84 m^2烧结机改为一台252 m^2新型烧结机,改机上抽风冷却为鼓风环冷(280 m^2环冷机),并对环冷机增加余热回收系统。通过改造,烧结机提高产能,具备了年产130万吨烧结矿的生产能力,并配置25 t锅炉,建设6 MW余热电站,从而降低单位产品能耗,取得了显著的经济效益。
