高校大型精密仪器管理的几点思考

Some Ideas about the Management of Large Precision Instruments in Colleges and Universities

大型精密仪器设备在高等学校占据重要地位,如何科学管理、高效使用是学校领导、仪器管理者和仪器使用人不断探讨的课题,本文提出现在高校大型精密仪器管理中出现的普遍问题包括使用率较低、管理水平不高、管理制度不科学、年终绩效考核缺乏有效准则、上级部门督查力度不够、维护经费不足、仪器档案建设被忽视,并对问题产生的原因进行阐述,提供相应解决办法供同行讨论和参考。

Large precision instruments play an important role in colleges and universities, how to scientifically manage and efficiently use is a study always discussed by the school leaders, managers and operators. Common problems and exploring reasons in large precision instrument management in colleges and universities were proposed, including low utilization rate, low management level, unscientific management system, lack of effective year-end performance appraisal, unenough supervision from superior department, inadequate maintenance of funds, ignorance of instrument archives construction. Corresponding solutions of the problems were also provided for the peer to reference and discuss.
