在"卓越工程师教育培养计划"背景下进行材料科学基础的课程改革对提高材料类学生的工程实践能力,培养工程人才,有着举足轻重的作用。本文针对该课程的特点,通过改革教学手段和方法、实验环节、课外实践和考核方式,对课程体系进行重新编排,加强实践训练,极大激发了学生的学习热情及积极性,适应了卓越工程师的要求。

The reform of material science foundation course under the background of Excellence Program is very important to improve the engineering practice ability. According to the characteristics of the course, the course system through the reforms of teaching methods, experiment teaching, extracurricular practice and assessment method was rearranged to strengthen practice training, which greatly stimulated the students＇ enthusiasm and initiative to adapt to the requirements of Excellence Program.
