助教参与化学实验进行辅助教学的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Teaching Assistants to Participate in Chemistry Experiment

为了解决高校基础化学实验教师与学生人数不协调的问题,很多学校采用学生助教参与化学实验进行辅助教学。助教在担任基础化学的实践辅助教学当中可以有效地提高基础化学实验教学的质量,并且在实验环节中提出新颖、创新性的建议,从而让基础化学在实践当中获得良好的反馈。本文对助教担任基础化学实践进行辅助教学的实践进行思考,进而分析助教在基础化学实践辅助教学的具体可行性。

In order to solve the problem that the number of teacher and the student is not coordinated in the university basic chemistry experiment, many schools adopt the student assistant to participate in the chemistry experiment to carry on the auxiliary teaching. Assistant participate in the chemical practice teaching aid which can effectively improve the quality of basic chemistry experiment teaching, and put forward new and innovative suggestions in the experimental, so that the basic chemistry get good feedback. The thinking and analysis of the teaching of basic chemistry in the specific feasibility of teaching practice was studied.
