不同交通量下沥青面层整体动稳定度控制标准确定方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了便于对不同交通量下半刚性基层沥青路面结构的抗车辙性能进行控制,在某高速公路改扩建工程选取不同路段(交通量不同)、不同车辙深度处进行了全厚式沥青面层现场取样,并模拟实际路面内部的温度场对现场取样进行了全厚式车辙试验;分析了动稳定度与取样处主车道车辙深度的关系,为各路段确定了适应已通行交通量的动稳定度控制标准,即15 mm车辙深度对应的动稳定度;收集和计算了各路段已通行的累计当量轴次,分析了各路段动稳定度控制标准与累计当量轴次的关系,得到了两者的拟合方程。利用该拟合方程,为重交通等级公路推荐了沥青路面的整体动稳定度控制标准。最后,总结提出了不同交通量下沥青面层整体动稳定度控制标准的确定方法。 In order to control rutting resistance performance of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under different traffic volumes, rutting test is conducted to simulate the actual pavement internal temperature field on full depth asphalt surface course samples excavated from different sections (corresponding different traffic volumes) and different rutting depths in an expressway reconstruction and extension project. The relationship between dynamic stability and rutting depth in main lane is analyzed. The dynamic stability control criteria to fit the traffic volumes of different sections are determined respectively, which are the dynamic stabilities corresponding to 15 mm rut depth. The accumulative equivalent axles of the different sections are collected and calculated. The relationship between dynamic stability control criterion of each section and its accumulative equivalent axles is analyzed to obtain their fitting equation. Based on the fitting equation, the dynamic stability control criterion for asphalt pavement structure of heavy traffic level is suggested. Finally, a way for determining the whole dynamic stability control criterion for asphalt surface course in different traffic volumes is suggested.
