关于青年干部教育培训的几点思考——基于“两学一做”学习教育的视角

Thoughts about Young Cadres' Education and Training——Based on the Perspective of “Two Learn One to Do Learning Education” Activities

青年干部是党和国家的栋梁,是推动社会进步的中流砥柱,全面提高青年干部的素质不仅关系其健康成长,而且关系到党和国家的事业是否后继有人及所在组织的长远发展。本文简要阐述了新时期青年干部教育培训的重要意义及存在的主要问题,并结合"两学一做"教育活动,提出关于青年干部教育培训的建议与思考。为中国热带农业科学院青年干部的管理提供参考依据。

Young cadres are the backbone of the party and the country, also the mainstay of promoting social progress. Improving young cadre＇s quality is not only the relationship between his healthy growth, but also related to the cause of the party and the country that will be whether the subsequent and organization＇s long-term development. This paper briefly expounds the important signiftcance of the education and training of young cadres and the main problems in the practice, and puts forward some suggestions on the Party building studies. To provide reference for the management of the young cadres of Tropical Agricultural Academy of china.
