个人信息管理环境下的记忆失误分析

摘要 记忆是人类最基本的心理活动,也是个人信息管理的基本前提。记忆失误会导致个人信息管理活动的失败,因此文章从个人信息管理的角度探讨记忆失误问题。首先分析个人信息管理的现状,对记忆与个人信息管理的关系进行总结。其次对记忆以及记忆失误的相关概念进行研究,并总结了目前学者对个人信息管理与记忆失误之间关系的研究。最后分析记忆失误产生的主要原因,并提出解决记忆失误的若干对策,包括利用记忆线索、运用心理游历、采用预防策略、进行群体互动、使用信息管理工具等。但是由于记忆问题本身的复杂性,文章仅是从个人信息管理角度进行了较为完整的分析,还应该从心理学、社会学等更多的学科角度对记忆失误问题进行更加完整的探究。 Memory is the basic psychological activity of human beings and the basic premise of personal information management. Memory lapse could lead to the failure of personal information management activities. So this paper discusses the issue of memory lapse from the perspective of personal information management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of personal information management, and summarizes the relationship between memory and personal information management. Secondly, the concept of memory and memory lapse are studied and the relationship between them is summarized in this paper. Finally, this paper analyzes the main reasons of memory lapse, and proposes some solutions to memory lapse, including the use of memory cues, the use of psychological travel, prevention strategy, group interaction and information management tools. While, this paper analyzes memory lapse from the aspect of personal information management due to the complexity of the memory itself. It should also be studied from psychology, sociology and other more perspectives.
