On SONG Yuren's Industrial and Commercial Thoughts

重工商思想是晚清一股重要的社会思潮,这股思潮肇始于鸦片战争结束后,且呈愈演愈烈之势。宋育仁作为重工商思想的持有者,他的工商思想集中体现在他对当时工商业状况的深入思考:一方面,他深切关注西方与国内工商业的不同状况;另一方面,他为如何发展国内工商业开出了药方。

The thought of paying attention to industry and commerce was an important social ideological trend in late Qing dynasty, which began after the Opium war and then became even stronger. SONG Yuren paid much attention to industry and commerce, his industrial and commercial thoughts were embodied in the deep thinking about industry and commerce situation at that time. On the one hand, he concerned deeply about different situation in western and domestic business; on the other hand, he made a preseription for developing domestic industry and commerce.
