我国政务微博之法律规制研究

政务微博作为政府发布信息、获取民意和解决问题的新渠道,在发展过程中,由于缺乏完备的监管法规和制度,产生了诸如信息安全风险信息发布时效性差、规制者权责不对称等问题,阻碍其促进透明政治建设功能的发挥。对政务微博的法律规则需按合法行政、程序正当、全民高效和真实性的原则,制定细化、易行的程序和责任分担来保障监管得到落实和责任能够追究。

E-government weibo has become the new channel of the government to release public opinion and solve the problem. Being lack of complete regulations and institutions, issues, such as the risk of info sponsibility of regulators, etc, rmation security, asymmetry information, the incorrespondi information, get there exists many wer and rewhich hinder the function of promoting transparent political construction. For regulating e-government weibo, it should be in accordance with the legal administration, the principle of due process, comprehensive efficiency and authenticity. The detailed, easily applied process and responsibility should be formulated to guarantee that the regulations would be implemented and the responsibilities would be looked into.
