摘要
以语块为自变量,口语复杂性的三个指标为因变量,考察非英语专业大学生英语口语复杂性的发展变化趋势,研究结果表明:语块教学使学生口语的句法复杂性显著上升,词汇复杂性亦呈上升的趋势,但上升的幅度不如句法复杂性明显。这说明语块教学可以促进非英语专业大学生英语口语复杂性的提高,对大学生英语口语教学实践具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
The three features of complexity of college students' oral English were studied through chunk teaching experiment, aiming at exploring the development characteristics of non - English majors' oral English complexity. The study finds that chunk teaching significantly improved syntactic and lexical complexity, the lexical complexity did not increase as obvious as the syntactic complexity. It shows that chunk teaching helps to improve the students' complexity of spoken English. The results of this study provide references and guidance for improving the oral English teaching practice for non-English majors.
