STMN1及PTEN在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression of STMN1 and PTEN in colon cancer

目的:通过检测STMN1与PTEN在结肠癌中表达,探讨与结肠癌临床病理参数的关系及二者关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测105例结肠癌标本及47例癌旁正常组织中STMN1及PTEN的表达情况。结果:(1)STMN1在结肠癌和癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为62.9%、25.5%(P<0.05);STMN1表达与年龄、性别、分化程度及肿瘤部位均无明显相关性;与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有相关性(P<0.05)。(2)PTEN在结肠癌和癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为39.0%、85.1%(P<0.05);PTEN表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期存在相关性(P<0.05);与年龄、性别及肿瘤位置方面均无明显相关性。(3)PTEN蛋白表达与STMN1表达呈负相关(-0.453,P<0.05)。结论:STMN1表达与结肠癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移相关;提示PTEN可能通过MAPK信号传导调节STMN1。

Objective： This study was to investigate the expression of STMN1 and PTEN in colon cancer and adjacent nontumor tissues. To explore their association with clinical pathologicalcharacteristic and their possible correlation; Methods： STMN1 and PTEN expression was analyzed by immunohistochemistry in paraffin samples from 105 colon cancer and 47 normal colon mucoma. Results： 1,The STMN1 positive rates in colon cancer tissues and normal colon mucoma were 62.9%,25.5%, respectively. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. In addition, the expression of STMN1 was correlated with lymph node metastases and tumor node metastasis （TNM） stage （all P〈0.05）. However, it was not related to age, differentiation, location and gender of the patient. 2, The PTEN positive rates in colon cancer tissues and normal colon mucoma were 39.0%,85.1%, respectively. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The expression of PTEN was correlated with differentiation, lymph node metastases and tumor node metastasis（TNM） stage（all P〈0.05）. It was not related to age, location and gender of the patient. 3,The expression of PTEN and STMN1 proteins were significantly inversely correralated（-0.485, P〈 0.05）,Conclusion：This research showed that the STMN1, as a new potential targets for gene therapy, might play an important role in production, development, infiltration and metastasis of colon cancer. PTEN might regulate STMN1 via MAPK signaling way.
