儿童发作性睡病辨治探析

发作性睡病是一种慢性神经系统疾病,常在青少年时期起病并持续终生,严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至酿成意外事故而危及生命。以阴阳理论为基础,探求发作性睡病的病因病机本质;以虚实为纲,脏腑辨证为目,挖掘其证候特点;以阴阳分治为指导思想,辨证论治,把握反治时机合理用药,同时以顺应阴阳为调护准则,合理施护,以期达到缓解其临床症状,改善患者生存质量的目的。

Narcolepsy is a chronic nervous system disease,most adolescent period onset and lasting for a lifetime. It could influence patients＇ life quality seriously or even lead to an accident and threaten lives. Based on YinYang theory,this paper explores the cause,pathogenesis and essence. Taking deficiency-excess as key link,syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu viscera as detailed rules,the syndrome characteristics is mined. Taking Yin-Yang partition as guiding ideology,treatment based on syndrome differentiation is carried out. Herbs should be used rationally seizing the right time of retrograde treatment. Meanwhile,taking complying with Yin-Yang as nursing rules,nursing should be applied rationally in order to achieve the purposes of relieving clinical symptoms and improving patients＇ life quality.
