摘要
以γ-氨丙基二乙氧基甲基硅烷、六甲基二硅氧烷、NA-酸酐、碳酸钠为原料,经3步得到阴离子有机硅表面活性剂。用单因素法考察了投料比、冰浴搅拌0.5 h后继续反应时间和温度对中间体Ⅱ收率的影响。经1HNMR和IR对产物进行结构表征,测定目标产物表面张力、临界胶束浓度和润湿性能。在25℃时,阴离子有机硅表面活性剂的表面张力为34.00mN/m,临界胶束浓度为3.98×10^(-4)mol/L,润湿性能较好。
Anionic silicone surfactant was synthesized from γ-aminopropyl( diethoxy) methyisilane,hexamethyldisiloxane,nadic anhydrous,sodium carbonate via three-steps reactions. The influences of the ratios of reactants,reaction time and reaction temperature after stirring 0. 5 h in ice bath on the yield of the intermediate Ⅱ were investigated. The structure of product was confirmed by1 HNMR and IR. The results show that the surface tension of anionic silicone surfactant is 34. 00 m N / m,and the critical micelle concentration is 3. 98 × 10^(-4)mol / L,and the wettability is best at 25 ℃.
