摘要
采用BZ振荡体系,以甘氨酸-MnSO_4-KBrO_3-H_2SO_4-丙酮化学振荡体系为测量体系,研究了不同浓度的头孢拉定,对振荡体系振幅及周期的影响。结果表明,在8.59×10^(-5)~6.013×10^(-4)mol/L浓度范围内,头孢拉定对振荡体系的振幅及周期有较大影响,且头孢拉定的浓度与振幅及周期的改变值,均存在良好的线性关系,其线性方程为ΔA=1.091 9×105c+36.79;Δtp=2.048 1×105c+12.18,相关系数分别为0.995 5和0.990 1,从而建立了一种新的化学振荡法测定头孢拉定含量的方法。
Using Belousov-Zhabotinskii( BZ) oscillating reaction,effect of the different concentration Cefradine on the oscillating amplitude and the period in glycine-BrO_3^--Mn^(2+)-H_2SO_4-CH_3COCH_3 chemical oscillation system was investigated. The results show that Cefradine has strong influence on the oscillating amplitude and the period in the range of 8. 59 × 10^(-5)~ 6. 013 × 10^(-4)mol / L,and the concentration of Cefradine has good linear relationship with the changes of the amplitude( ΔA),while the c( where c is the concentration of Cefradine) is linear with Δtp. That fitted to the following linear regression equation: ΔA = 1. 091 9 ×105c + 36. 79; Δtp= 2. 048 1 × 105 c + 12. 18,with the regression coefficient 0. 995 5 and 0. 990 1. So a new determination method of Cefradine content using chemical oscillation technique is established.
