二茂铁吡咯烷衍生物的合成及其晶体结构 被引量:1

摘要 以1,1-二氰基-2-二茂铁乙烯、L-脯氨酸和芳香醛为原料,在甲苯中反应合成了含有氰基的二茂铁吡咯烷衍生物。2-对硝基苯基-3-二茂铁基-4,4-二氰基双稠吡咯啶经X-射线衍射方法测定了化合物的晶体结构。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶体学参数a=24.395(3)A,b=8.992 3(18)A,c=19.005 4(18)A,V=4 325.7(7)A3,Dx=1.432 g/cm3,Z=8,T=113(2)K,F(000)=1 936,R1=0.040 2,wR2=0.093 8。 Ferroenyl pyrrolizidines containing cyano groups were successfully synthesized in refluxing toluene,with 1,1-dicyano-2-ferrocenyl ethene,L-proline and aromatic aldehyde ethylene as raw materials. 2-( p-Nitro phenyl)-3-ferrocenyl-4,4-dicyano pyrrolizidine was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group C2 / c,with unit cell parameters a = 24. 395( 3)A,b = 8. 992 3( 18)A,c = 19. 005 4( 18)A,V =4 325. 7( 7)A3,Dx= 1. 432 g / cm3,Z = 8,T = 113( 2) K,F( 000) = 1 936,R1= 0. 040 2 and wR2= 0. 093 8.
