摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为共聚单体,采用溶液自由基聚合法合成了一种聚丙烯酰胺类高分子絮凝剂JY-7,利用红外光谱仪分析了其分子结构。以除油率和去浊率为评价指标,采用烧瓶实验考察了JY-7质量浓度、絮凝温度、搅拌速率和搅拌时间对含油污水絮凝效果的影响,优选出了一种针对试验区含油污水的最佳的处理工艺。结果表明:当JY-7的质量浓度为500mg/L时,搅拌速率250r/min,搅拌时间5min时,实验温度为40℃,处理效果最好,除油率和去浊率分别高达77.85%和82.28%。絮凝剂JY-7对于陆上油田聚驱后含油污水的处理具有很好的适应性。
A kind of novel flocculating agent JY-7was synthesized by free radical polymerization using acrylamide,acrylic acid and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride as commoners.The structure of JY-7was analyzed by infrared spectrometer.Flask experiment was used to evaluate the Flocclation effect of JY-7concentration,temperature and stirring condition using the oil removal rate and removal of turbidity as evaluation indicators.A kind of best treatment process on the oil-bearing sewage in the field was optimized.The results showed that the optimized system are:500mg/L JY-7,40 ℃,stirring speed 250r/min and stirring time 5 min.The oil removal rate and removal of turbidity were77.85% and 82.28% under the optimized condition.The flocculating agent has strong application feasibility in the processing of oil-bearing sewage after polymer flooding in offshore oilfield.
