国外医疗联合体的发展及其对我国的启示

Development of Foreign Medical Unions and Its Enlightenment on China

建立医疗联合体是公立医院改革的重要举措。笔者介绍了国内、国外医疗联合体的发展模式和经验概况,主要以"产权"所属关系为核心对国内、国外医疗联合体实践类型进行划分,分析不同类型医疗联合体的特点,提出我国医疗联合体建设存在的问题。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,从管理体制、利益协调机制、医疗保险支付方式、医疗信息化及居民就医观念等方面,对我国医疗联合体改革建设提出建议。

To establish integrated medical union is an essential measure for the reform in public hospitals,the development model and general experience both at home and abroad are introduced in the paper,practice types pf medical union centering mainly ownership relationship of ＂＇ property right＂ both at home and abroad are classified, the characteristics of different types of medical u- nions analyzed and the problems about China medical union put forward. Based on experience from China and abroad, suggestions are made on management system, interest coordination mechanism, medical insurance payment, medical informatization,residents＇ ideas on seeing a doctor and construction of medical union reform.
