门诊慢性病管理是医院门诊医保管理的重要组成部分,随着门诊慢性病人群的不断增加、病种种类的不断增多,传统的门诊慢性病管理办法逐渐凸显出流程繁琐、监管不利等诸多弊端,已不能满足慢病人群现阶段的医疗需求。中国医科大学附属盛京医院作为三级甲等数字化管理综合医院,率先在国内展开了门诊慢性病信息化管理的相关研究,采用信息化手段规范门诊慢性病的监督和管理,简化了流程,切实地提高了患者看病的效率,结束了慢病病人就医的"跑腿时代"。

Outpatient chronic disease management is an important part of hospital outpatient medical insurance management. As the number of patients with outpatient chronic diseases increases, and the types of diseases increase, traditional outpatient chronic disease management comes gradually to be tedious in the process and poor in regulation ,which could not satisfy the medical needs of these patients. As a comprehensive hospital of class three, grade one with digital management, Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University took the lead around China in researching informatization management on outpatient chronic diseases, and standardized supervision and management of outpatient chronic diseases with informatization, which simplified the process ,feasibly improved the efficiency in seeing a doctor and ended ＂running errand＂ in seeking medical treatment for the patients with chronic diseases.
