基于“互联网+”单病种协作对基层医疗的促进作用

Promotion of Internet and Single-disease Coordination to Grassroots Medical Treatment

目的探讨以"互联网+医疗"为平台的单病种协作模式对基层医疗事业发展的促进作用及发展前景。方法在前期单病种协作的基础上,选择陕西渭南地区富平县全体村医为观察对象,建立微信沟通平台,通过调查统计网络平台对基层医务人员在线咨询、专业学习和疾病诊断等的帮助作用。结果网络平台中包括了西安交通大学第一附属医院以及富平妇幼保健院骨干医生58人。1个月内共培训富平23个乡镇医院,有573名村医现场加入,后续加入99名村医,共计672名村医加入网络平台,占全县村医的56.0%。6个月内总计在线学习1 556次,疑难解答191个问题,向三甲级综合医院转诊重症病例30例。结论 "互联网+医疗"平台能够促进单病种协作模式顺利有效推广利用,通过具体病例的在线学习、解疑、转诊等形式逐渐提高基层医务人员的专业服务能力,对基层医疗卫生事业的发展能够起到促进作用。

Objective：To discuss the promotion and the future development of single disease cooperation mode by means of ＂Internet ＋ medical treatment＂ in grassroots medical undertaking development. Method ： The authors made all the village doctors in Fuping County, Weinan Region, Shaanxi the observation objects with the earlier cooperation of single disease. They established We- Chat communication platform of investigation and statistics to help grassroots medical workers with online consultation, professional study, and disease diagnosis. Result ：58 backbone doctors from the First Hospital Affiliated to Xi＇an Jiaotong University and the serv- ice center of women and children in Fuping work at the Internet platform. 573 village doctors from 23 township hospitals in Fuping attended the on-the-spot training in one month,99 more joined in later, 672 village doctors joined in the Internet platform, accounting for 56% of the total village doctors around the county. In six monthS, 1,556 times of online study were organized and 191 problems were put forward and solved. Conclusion ： ＂Internet ＋ medical treatment＂ platform can promote effective and smooth expansion and application of single disease cooperation. Professional service ability of grassroots medical workers can be gradually improved with online study of the concrete medical cases,disambiguation and referral, and grassroots medical undertaking development also be promoted.
