八味冠心宁胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A水平测定方法的建立

Establishment of determination method of hydroxysafflor yellow A level in Bawei Guanxinning Capsule

目的 建立八味冠心宁胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A水平的测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo C18柱（4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液（26∶2∶72,v/v）,检测波长403nm,柱温30℃,流速1.00mL/min。结果 羟基红花黄色素A在0.026 3~0.420 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 99）,平均回收率为98.78%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.59%。结论 本研究所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于八味冠心宁胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A水平的测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A level in Bawei Guanxinning Cap‐sule .Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the chromatographic column of the Thermo C18 column （4 .6 mm ＆#215; 250 .0 mm ,5 μm） and the mobile phase of methanol‐axetonitrile‐0 .7% phosphoric acid solution（26∶2∶72 ,v/v） ,the flow rate was 1 .00 mL/min and the detection wave length was at 403 nm .Results Hydroxysafflor yellow A showed a good linear relation in the range of 0 .026 3-0 .420 0 μg （r=0 .999 99） ,the average recovery rate was 98 .78% ,RSD was 0 .59% .Conclusion The established method is simple ,accurate and can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A level in Bawei Guanxinning Capsule .
