知柏地黄冲剂对腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术后卵巢储备功能的影响

The influence of Zhibai Dihuang granule stripping treatment on the ovarian reserve function after operation of ovarian endometriosis cyst with laparoscopic

目的分析知柏地黄冲剂对腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术后卵巢功能的影响。方法选取卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜下剥除术患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均给予腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术。观察组患者术后给予知柏地黄冲剂口服,对照组患者给予等剂量温水口服,观察时间为3个月。分别于治疗前、后采用免疫化学发光法检测血清促卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2),采用阴道超声与盆腔超声多普勒联合监测窦卵泡计数(AFC)、卵巢基质血流阻力指数(RI),采用中医症候量表评分评估临床疗效。结果治疗后,对照组患者血清FSH、LH水平升高,E2水平下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清FSH、LH、E2水平变化不明显,治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组比较,AFC增加,RI降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组,治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄冲剂可以下调腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术后卵巢功能低下反应,有效改善患者术后短暂性卵巢储备功能下降而引发的临床症状,从而提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the influence of Zhibai Dihuang granule stripping on the ovarian reserve function af- ter operation of ovarian endometriosis cyst with laparoscopic. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were diagnosed by laparoscopy and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The patients in the two groups were given enucleation of ovarian endometriosis cyst resection with laparoscopic. The patients in the observation group were given Zhibai Dihuang granule, while the patients in the control group were given the same dose warm water. They were observed for three months. Respectively before and after treatment,im- munochemistry luminescence method was used to detect serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2） by transvaginal uhrasonography and with pelvic ultrasound Doppler monitoring combined with antral bubble count, ovarian stromal blood flow resistance index, The TCM Syndrome Scale was to assess the clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results After treatment, the serum FSH,LH levels of patients in the control group elevated,the Ez levels decreased, there were statistically significant differences between before and after treatment （P〈 0.05） And the changes of serum FSH, LH and Ez levels were not obvious in the observation group,the difference was not statistically significant between before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment,the observation group was compared with the control group, the level of AFC increased, while RI decreased, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional chinese medicine of Zhibai Dihuang granule can decrease the low reaction levels of ovarian function after operation of ovarian endometriosis cyst with laparoscopic and decrease clinical symptoms relating to the dificiency of transient ovarian re- serve function and improve clinical curative effect.
