杀胚化瘀中药组方联合西药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效研究

Shapei Huayu Formula Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy

目的:探讨杀胚化瘀中药组方联合西药在输卵管妊娠患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年10月—2015年10月医院诊治的60例输卵管妊娠患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上联合杀胚化瘀中药组方,比较两组临床疗效。结果:实验组5例显效,24例好转,治疗率为93.75%,显著高于对照组(3例显效,19例好转,治疗率为85%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血β-HCG水平差异不显著(P>0.05);实验组治疗后3 d、治疗后5 d、治疗后7 d血β-HCG水平,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组宫内妊娠率,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组重复异位妊娠率、继发不孕率,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组2例发生药物不良反应,发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组(9例发生药物不良反应,发生率为30.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管妊娠患者在米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗基础上联合杀胚化瘀中药组方治疗效果理想,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者妊娠后生育情况,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical outcomes of Chinese medicine Shapei Huayu Formula combined with Western medicine in patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods： During October 2014-October 2015 in the hospital,sixty cases of tubal pregnancy were analyzed using the randomized controlled method and were divided into control and experimental group. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone methotrexate therapy and the experimental group combined Shapei Huayu Formula. Compare the clinical efficacy. Results： Five cases were markedly improved and the treatment rate was 93. 75%,significantly higher（ 3 cases markedly,19 cases improved,treatment was 85%）（ P 〈 0.05）. Two groups’ blood β-HCG levels had no significant difference before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. 3,5 and 7 days after the treatment in experimental group,blood β-HCG levels were significantly lower than the control group’s（ P 〈 0. 05）.The experimental group’s intrauterine pregnancy rate was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 05）. The experimental group’s repeated ectopic pregnancy and secondary infertility rate were significantly lower than the control group ’s（ P 〈 0. 0 5）.The experimental group’s 2 cases had adverse reactions with the incidence of 6. 67%,significantly lower than the control group’s（ 9 cases of adverse reactions,30. 00%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Methotrexate mifepristone combined with Shapei Huayu Formula can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the fertility of patients after pregnancy,which should be widely applied.
