推拿对小鼠脾脏与胸腺内去甲肾上腺素浓度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过观察不同推拿手法对正常和麻醉小鼠的胸腺和脾脏内NE浓度的影响,探讨推拿增强免疫功能的神经-免疫-内分泌网络机制。方法:健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠45只,随机分为空白组、推拿组、点按组、麻醉推法组、麻醉点按组,每组9只。于小鼠背部施以推法或点按法,每日1次,每次5 min,共7 d。运用ELISA法检测胸腺和脾脏NE的浓度。结果:与空白组相比,推法组小鼠的胸腺和脾脏、点按组小鼠的脾脏内NE浓度均显著降低,P<0.05;麻醉推法组与麻醉点按组的胸腺和脾脏、点按组的胸腺内NE浓度均无显著变化。与点按组相比,推法组小鼠胸腺内NE浓度降低15.03%(P<0.001),脾脏内NE浓度无明显差异。结论:推拿手法对体表的刺激,或是机体对推拿产生的应激反应,改变了交感神经兴奋性,降低免疫器官内去甲肾上腺素的浓度,可能是推拿调节免疫功能的机制。 Objective: To observe the influence of Tuina on the norepinephrine( NE) concentration in thymus and spleen of anesthetized mice and normal mice to explore the mechanisms of Tuina enhancing immune function on Neuroendocrineimmune( NEI). Methods: Forty-five male mice of C57 BL /6 were randomly divided into control group,Tuina group,Dian’an group,anesthetics-Tuina group and anesthetics-Dian’an group with 9 mice per group. Tuina or Dian’an manipulations were manipulated on the back of mice for 5 min per day for 7 days totally. NE concentrations in thymus and spleen were detected with ELISA kit. Results: Compared with the control group,NE concentrations in thymus and spleen of mice in Tuina group and Dian’an group were reduced significantly with P 〈 0. 05 while NE concentrations in thymus and spleen of mice in anesthetics-Tuina group and anesthetics-Dian’an group changed without significance.Compared with Dian’an group,NE concentration in thymus of Tuina group decreased by 15. 03%( P 〈 0. 001) while the NE concentration in spleen of Tuina group changed without significance. Conclusion: The stimulation on body surface from Tuina or the stress caused by Tuina could change the activity of sympathetic nerves,and then reduce the norepinephrine concentration in immune organs. That could explain how Tuina modulates immune function.
