周学文教授“以痈论治”糜烂性胃炎的疗效分析

Curative Effect on Erosive Gastritis of ZHOU Xuewen by Using Theory of Differentiation as Carbuncle

"以痈论治"是国家级名老中医周学文教授治疗消化性溃疡的治疗理念。通过对周学文教授长年治疗糜烂性胃炎的总结,认为"以痈论治"理念同样适用于治疗糜烂性胃炎。目的:观察"以痈论治"方法治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将110例糜烂性胃炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在服用"以痈论治"法中药汤剂,两组治疗4周后观察疗效和治疗前后胃黏膜组织变化。结果:两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组治疗后单核细胞浸润程度和中性粒细胞浸润程度均低于本组治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:"以痈论治"法治疗糜烂性胃炎疗效确切,能够有效降低炎症反应和保护胃黏膜组织。

The theory of differentiation as carbuncle to treat peptic ulcer is put forward by national famous professor ZHOU Xuewen of TCM. Through the summary of treatment of erosive gastritis by Professor ZHOU Xuewen for many years,the author thinks that the theory also applies to erosive gastritis. Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect to treat erosive gastritis with the method of Differentiation as Carbuncle. Method： A total of 110 cases of erosive gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 55 cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The treatment group was given TCM decoction on the guidance of the theory of differentiation as carbuncle. To observe the changes of gastric mucosal tissues in two groups after treatment. Result： The total effective rate of the 2 groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The degree of mononuclear cell infiltration and neutrophil infiltration in the 2 groups was lower than those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）. And the treatment group was lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion：The curative effect of erosive gastritis is exact by using the theory of Differentiation as Carbuncle,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and protect the gastric mucosa tissue.
