前列腺液中白细胞计数对慢性前列腺炎症状程度的影响

Correlation Between Leukocyte Counts in Prostatic Fluid and Symptoms Severity of Chronic Prostatitis

目的:探讨前列腺液中白细胞计数与慢性前列腺炎症状严重程度的关系。方法:以医院男科门诊的89例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,通过肛门指诊按摩前列腺后取出的前列腺液,分析前列腺液中白细胞计数与NIH-CPSI评分之间的关系,其评分的高低代表着患者症状的严重程度。结果:慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中白细胞计数与NIH-CPSI的评分不具正态线性分布,(P>0.05)无统计学差异。结论:前列腺液常规检查中白细胞计数不能反映慢性前列腺炎症状的严重程度,在临床上须结合其他因素对该患者进行症状严重程度的评估。

Objective： To investigate the correlation between leukocyte counts and symptoms severity of chronic prostatitis. Methods： A total of 89 patients with chronic prostatitis of male hospital outpatient service were involved in the study.Through the anus dre,take out the prostate fluid after prostate massage. Analyze the relationship between NIH-CPSI score and the leukocyte count. Evaluate the severity of the symptoms. Results： The leukocyte count and the NIH-CPSI score do not have normal linear distribution（ P 〉 0. 05）. It showed no statistical difference. Conclusion： EPS RT should not serve as the severity of chronic inflammatory prostate scoring criteria. Also it tells us that we should combine other factors on the assessment of the severity of the patients’ symptoms in clinic.
