摘要
目的:构建和评价慢性心力衰竭心阳虚证大鼠模型。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分成假手术组、腹主动脉缩窄术组和腹主动脉缩窄术后冷刺激组,造模时间5周。对3组大鼠的体质量、生存率、呼吸频率、耳温、心率和B型脑钠肽(BNP)进行整合比较,并按照阳虚证加上心的定位症状和体征来综合判断并制定相应心阳虚慢性心衰大鼠的诊断标准。结果:与假手术组相比,手术组和术后冷刺激组在造模过程中均逐渐出现一系列心阳虚症状,术后冷刺激组较手术组明显。结论:腹主动脉缩窄术联合寒冷刺激的造模方法能够很好地建立模拟慢性心力衰竭心阳虚证的SD大鼠模型,其造模时间短,成功率高。
Objective: To establish and evaluate chronic heart failure( CHF) rat model of heart Yang deficiency. Methods: Totally 30 SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated( sham) group,the abdominal aorta surgery group( AAS) and cold stimulation after abdominal aorta surgery( CS + AAS) group. The modeling lasted for 5 weeks. The data of body weight,survival rate( SR),heart rate( HR),ear temperature,respiratory rate( RR) and brain natriuretic peptide( BNP) of the rats was integrated and compared. Results: Compared with the sham group,both of the AAS group and CS +AAS group gradually presented a series of heart Yang deficiency symptoms and the CS + AAS groups symptoms were more obvious than the AAS group’s. Conclusions: Abdominal aortic coarctation with cold stimulation was an appropriate method to establish CHF rat model of heart Yang deficiency and it costs less time,with a higher success rate.
